Q3. Where are you located in the world?

Based in Leeds but travel across the North of England

Q4. Do you have a favourite Valentine’s Day drink?

This Valentine’s Day we were serving up passion fruit and vodka pot-tails served in bone china teapots. On Valentine’s Day event we popped up at a pop-up cinema who were showing the ultimate soppy romance story The Notebook. I shed a few tears, but I totally blame it all on the vodka…

Q5. What is your favourite drink during the Winter?

Hot Chocolate is always a winner for me when the cold weather hits! I’ve started making hot chocolate with almond or hazelnut milk now as it make it just that little bit more delicious and a lower in fat too. Win Win!

Q6. What is the perfect Winter weekend setting to enjoy the drink?

I’m very much in to my home comforts so the perfect winter weekend for me involves curling up on the sofa, with a roaring fire, a good film and a hot drink.

Q7. What is usually your last drink of the day?

Before I got to sleep I have a herbal tea. I have lots, and lots of different teas so the type of tea I have frequently changes. I have a bit of a cold at the moment so last night I had a homemade lemon and ginger tea with a little bit of manuka honey.

Q8. If you could go back in time, which famous person would like to have a drink with?

Without a doubt I would go back in time and have a drink with Oscar Wilde! He was so sophisticated, witty and charming that I’m sure I could happily sit and listen to him for hours.
