Q3. Where are you located in the world?

London & Colombo

Q4. Do you have a favourite Valentine’s Day drink?

Yep! The best Valentine’s day drink has to be our Lovers Leap. It is a seasonal single estate tea that is grown at 6000ft above elevation in the Nuwareliya region of Sri Lanka. The estate gets its name from a prince who fell in love with a fair maiden eloped to the area while being pursued by the kings men. When they realised they could never be, they embraced and leapt from the waterfall. Sad story but great tea is made from the plantation. You see more here:

Q5. What is your favourite drink during the Winter?

Has to be our Chai Cinnamon, natural Ceylon spices with high grown black tea from the Dimbula region. Ideal with a splash of milk, its a hug in a mug. You can see what we put in our Chai here:

Q6. What is the perfect Winter weekend setting to enjoy the drink?

In front of log fire with a big book.

Q7. What is usually your last drink of the day?

That depends what day of the week it is? Usually the last drink I end the day on is a either our Chamomile or Peppermint teas. I go for Chamomile more often than not unless I have had a pretty big meal. Peppermint is excellent with aiding digestion.

Q8. If you could go back in time, which famous person would like to have a drink with?

Either Churchill or Ghandi. Both where crusaders who had their peoples best interest at heart. Both had perseverance to see out their vision for what they believed in.
