Q1. What is your Name?
Q2. Do you represent a business? If yes, what is the name and your role.
Q3. Where are you located in the world?
From Isle of Wight, UK, but currently residing in Washington.
Q4. What is your favourite Summer drink and why?
Tea is my favourite drink all year round. In the summertime I particularly like a lemony earl grey or a white tea which always tastes so fresh. White tea is nice blended with elderflower and fruit. Other than that an elderflower or elderberry drink goes down well.
Q5. What is the perfect Summer’s day setting to enjoy the drink?
In my summerhouse overlooking the garden in the UK or at a nice picnic spot overlooking the sea.
Q6. Is there a right or wrong way to prepare the drink? i.e. Never drink without ice?
I’ve learned over the years that brewing time of certain types of tea and water temperature can affect the outcome of the tea.
Q7. Is the presentation of the drink important? i.e. ceremony, type of glass, setting.
I use a mug most of the time, but I do like to have the right tea ware for certain special occasions.
Q8. Is there a Summer’s day drink that you feel is underrated? If so, why?
Tea can be so thirst quenching in the summer which seems counterintuitive if it’s prepared as a hot drink. Chai can be nice in the summer even though it’s spicy.
Q9. Where can people find out more about you? i.e. shop address, Twitter username, website url
