Summer 2014 Interview – Rebecca Minton (Forever Between Pages)

Rebecca Minton

Q1. What is your Name?

Rebecca Minton

Q2. Do you represent a business? If yes, what is the name and your role.

Nope

Q3. Where are you located in the world?

North West, England

Q4. What is your favourite Summer drink and why?

Iced Tea! I love iced tea in the summer, it’s easy to make and I can still have my favourite cup of tea. But with lots of fruit, herbs such as mint, and ice. It’s delicious!

Q5. What is the perfect Summer’s day setting to enjoy the drink?

Nice and hot sunny beach. Preferably Tunisia!

Q6. Is there a right or wrong way to prepare the drink? i.e. Never drink without ice?

Yes. After steeping the tea in the boiling water, remove teabag and add some ice, and let the ice melt. Other wise it’ll take lots of water to cool it down, and it’ll be weak and awful.

Q7. Is the presentation of the drink important? i.e. ceremony, type of glass, setting.

A massive jug or pitcher, lots and lots of fruit and mint dependant on the tea. Looks lovely.

Q8. Is there a Summer’s day drink that you feel is underrated? If so, why?

Again iced tea! It’s just the perfect drink, but if you wanted to add a little twist a bit of Peach Schnapps or Vodka never goes a miss.

Q9. Where can people find out more about you? i.e. shop address, Twitter username, website url
