Q4. What is your favourite Summer drink and why?

Q5. What is the perfect Summer’s day setting to enjoy the drink?

Wake up. Chill.

Q6. Is there a right or wrong way to prepare the drink? i.e. Never drink without ice?

There is no right or wrong. I prefer just the right amount amount of matcha to create a thick froth.

Q7. Is the presentation of the drink important? i.e. ceremony, type of glass, setting.

My favourite drinking vessel is a raku bowl by local artist Robert Stickney. An old fashioned whisky glass may be used if rake bowls are not at hand.
