Q2. Do you represent a business? If yes, what is the name and your role.

Nope just lil ole me.

Q3. Where are you located in the world?

Sunny Hertfordshire in the UK

Q4. What is your favourite Summer drink and why?

Iced Chai with Baileys, wonderfully cold but fantastically soothing.

Q5. What is the perfect Summer’s day setting to enjoy the drink?

Lying on the grass enjoying the sun with a great book in hand & the cat sunbathing nearby.

Q6. Is there a right or wrong way to prepare the drink? i.e. Never drink without ice?

Chai not brewed for long enough or sweetened suitably! Or too much Baileys which takes away the taste of the chai.

Q7. Is the presentation of the drink important? i.e. ceremony, type of glass, setting.

Yes! The tea must be brewed in either teapot or pan and cannot be rushed but once allowed to cool or poured over ice in a nice tall preferably a pint glass!

Q8. Is there a Summer’s day drink that you feel is underrated? If so, why?

Iced tea in general! I still get strange looks when asked what I’m drinking! Thankfully it is on the rise but ever so slowly!
