I do like and a nice refreshing cup of Lady Grey Tea on a hot summers day. I also like Iced green tea with apple juice, sparkling water and mint leaves.

Sitting outdoors at a wooden picnic table in the sunshine with a view of hills and tres and near a babbling brook where I can go and dangle my feet.
Q6. Is there a right or wrong way to prepare the drink? i.e. Never drink without ice?
For me Lady Grey should always be lightly brewed and served black with or without a slice of lemon. Iced tea should always be serve with ice.
Q7. Is the presentation of the drink important? i.e. ceremony, type of glass, setting.
Absolutely has to be in a china cup and saucer and preferably poured from a teapot. Iced tea can be in a glass but do like it to still be from a teapot. I keep a teapot in the fridge!
Q8. Is there a Summer’s day drink that you feel is underrated? If so, why?
TEA!! People think a hot cup of tea is for cold days but hot tea is actually very refreshing in the sun too. I was drinking it recently in 38 degrees and finding it more refreshing than iced water. it has a pick-me-up quality to it too.
Q9. Where can people find out more about you? i.e. shop address, Twitter username, website url
