Tea obviously, more specifically though I prefer unflavored greens, Currently I am enjoying a couple Korean greens from What-Cha that are delicious even though though they have rather similar flavor profiles.

Q5. Do you change your drinking habits during Spring?

I try to work my way through my winter teas first and foremost, but I am always pushing teas aside to try the new spring teas.

Q6. Is there a coffee or tea you think others should try?

Taiwanese Oolongs are very easy to like because of the wonderful mouthfeel and floral tastes, but if you ever get a chance do try and drink a Vietnamese Lotus Scented green tea.

Q7. If cost wasn’t a factor, where would you like to be right now enjoying a drink?

There are so many countries I’d love to visit, but I’m content where I am currently. While I do think where you drink tea affects your experience there is no better place to drink teas than surrounded by cats.
