Q3. Where are you located in the world?


Q4. What currently is your favourite drink and why?

Castletons moonlight oolong. It’s a beautifully light dark oolong. Only oxidised around 60%. This gives the liquor wonderful honey notes with a silky smooth finish.

Q5. Do you change your drinking habits during Spring?

I am pretty consistent in my drinking habits. A silver tips in the mornings, Earl Grey at eleven then a moonlight oolong in the afternoonand a camomile before bed. Perfect any time of year.

Q6. Is there a coffee or tea you think others should try?

I had the privilege to help a small tea grower in Bihar India and they make fantastic hand made teas, so I would highly recommend their Doke black Fusion. Medium bodies with a fig and raisin nots and homey to finish.

Q7. If cost wasn’t a factor, where would you like to be right now enjoying a drink?

I would be in the mountains in Taiwan, sipping a high mountain oolong.

Q8. What do you think should be done to stop people from drinking too much alcohol?

I would put the prices up if the cheap alcohol and teach people the dangers of not drinking in moderation.
