Autumn 2014 Interview – Quinnan Stone (Nothing but Tea Ltd)

Quinnan Stone

Q1. What is your Name?

Quinnan Stone

Q2. What is the name of your blog or organisation?

Nothing but Tea Ltd

Q3. Where are you located in the world?

Sunny Bedford, UK

Q4. What is your favourite Autumn drink and why?

The darker oolongs, rooibos and Genmaicha. I like the richness and the comfort that these teas bring, so even when it is cold and wet and grey outside, you feel warm and happy inside. Genmaicha is always like a hug in a mug.

Q5. What is the perfect Autumn day setting to enjoy the drink?

At home with a big slab of cake after a long woodland walk in the autumn sunshine, with the family.

Q6. What contributes to receiving a high quality drink?

Loose leaf brewed with water at the right temperature. I am not a fan of bagged tea at all. Presentation and customer service.

Q7. What drink do you start your day with and why?

A cup of ginger root tea. It is a great tea to get going with, slightly spicy to wake the brain up, warming when you don’t want to get out of bed and it is meant to be great for inflammation too.

Q8. Do you order a different drink whilst travelling?

I take my own teas with me everywhere I go (even when it is down the road for a meeting!)

Q9. Where can people find out more about you?

www.nbtea.co.uk and on twitter @nothingbuttea and on Google plus under my name and business.
