Ngoc - mode & honey teas

Q1. What is your Name?

Q2. What is the name of your blog or organisation?

mode & honey teas

Q3. Where are you located in the world?

Toronto, Ontario

Q4. What is your favourite Autumn drink and why?

I LOVE spiced black teas, and chai teas when the weather starts to get colder. My go-to mode & honey teas in the fall and winter are are “Chai some vanilla” and “When Cherry met Sally”.

Q5. What is the perfect Autumn day setting to enjoy the drink?

I love kicking off my heels at the end of the day, putting on a fleece onesie and a pair of warm socks, cuddling up on my couch with some music and a hot cup of tea. It’s the perfect way to unwind and to relax my mind after a busy day.

Q6. What contributes to receiving a high quality drink?

When having tea at a cafe or restaurant, aside from the freshness of the leaves, I would say service and knowledge contribute the most to my experience. Oh and I also adore when the setting incorporates pretty teapots and teacups.

Q7. What drink do you start your day with and why?

I always try to start my day with a cup of green tea. My family drinks a lot of green tea (and it’s very popular in the asian culture). It’s a habit I’ve picked up when I was younger and thankfully it’s one of the healthier habits I have in my life.

Q8. Do you order a different drink whilst travelling?

If there are tea plantations in the countries I’m travelling to, or if the country is known for a specific style or type of tea, I will always try to learn more about it and of course try it. I absolutely loved having tea in the Azores at the tea plantations, and love the traditional tea houses in Seoul.

Q9. Where can people find out more about you?
