Q4. What is your favourite Autumn drink and why?

Rooibos-based chai with Bushmills Irish whiskey! So cozy, spicy and boozy!

Q5. What is the perfect Autumn day setting to enjoy the drink?

Icy sunny day with an easel, covered in watercolor paints, good music on. Either Yann Tiersen or Hawksley Workman, depending on the afternoon’s mood.

Q6. What contributes to receiving a high quality drink?

I’m a big-time brand loyalist. Be it whiskey, tea, coffee, whatever. I find a brand I love and I stick with it.

Q7. What drink do you start your day with and why?

Tea always and forever. Depending on the day/weather/mood, this can be anywhere from Darjeeling to Houjicha to peppermint to some silly blend. Tea has a squillion forms and functions. Truly an all-purpose beverage.

Q8. Do you order a different drink whilst travelling?

One of the beauties of tea is that it is available worldwide. There may not be 100% consistency in terms of quality, but you can always count on tea to exist wherever you go.
