Q1. What is your Name?

Drew Bednasek

Q2. What is the name of your blog or organisation?

Q3. Where are you located in the world?

London, UK

Q4. What is your favourite Autumn drink and why?

It is difficult to say what my favourite autumn drink is, but when the weather starts turning cooler I really like a nice chai. There is something quite comforting about the spices and how they warm your bones.

Q5. What is the perfect Autumn day setting to enjoy the drink?

When it is grey and rainy outside and you have time to sit at home and watch the day pass.

Q6. What contributes to receiving a high quality drink?

With chai, it needs to be made properly (i.e. boiled with milk) and fresh, potent spices. Proper chai takes time to make.

Q7. What drink do you start your day with and why?

I typically go with a strong black tea that takes a splash of milk. Lately, though, I’ve been drink more lighter black teas that are better without milk.

Q8. Do you order a different drink whilst travelling?

I typically order what I think the area is best known for, even if that is coffee. I was recently in Austria and it would be a crime not to order a coffee whilst visiting one of their amazing coffeehouses.

Q9. Where can people find out more about you?
