Q4. What is your favourite Autumn drink and why?

Pumpkin Chai! Let’s face it, the best thing about Autumn is Pumpkin Pie, and this spiced tea is just as delicious. It’s got the warmth from the cinnamon and sweetness from the caramel and pumpkin candy.

Q5. What is the perfect Autumn day setting to enjoy the drink?

Autumn – Its probably my favorite time of year. The days are still warm but evenings and mornings are cool. Boots are fashionable yet again. Sitting by a wooden fire, snuggled up in my cozy sweater with a hot cup of Masala Chai.

Q6. What contributes to receiving a high quality drink?

Time put into selecting the best teas – which may include processing, region, experience and of course passion!

Q7. What drink do you start your day with and why?

I usually start my day with a Rooibos tea, it’s caffeine-free and low in astringency compared to fully oxidized black tea or unoxidized green tea leaves. Delicious on its own and it’s a great healthy choice!

Q8. Do you order a different drink whilst travelling?

Yes, I like to try new and different teas depending where I am traveling to. I usually explore and search for tea room’s, and try their best selling tea/s.

I don’t always carry my own loose leaf tea – sometimes I could settle for coffee 😀
