Q3. Where are you located in the world?

Brisbane, Queensland, Australia

Q4. What is your favourite Autumn drink and why?

We don’t really have Autumn in Queensland, it’s either perfect, or it’s too hot or too cold! If we had to make a selection though, we couldn’t go past our beautiful organic chai. I’m originally from the UK, so my any-season brew will always be our organic china sencha, which takes me back to the fresh grassy aromas working the land.

Q5. What is the perfect Autumn day setting to enjoy the drink?

This would have to be sitting on the verandah relaxing with a cuppa, a slight breeze in the air, beautiful orange, red and golden leaves falling from the trees in our front yard, reading the Sunday paper!

Q6. What contributes to receiving a high quality drink?

Quality for us is based on freshness of the product, aroma and taste, and exceptional service. Prior to starting our business we were determined to find tea of the highest quality. We did much taste testing, comparing products from around the world, and it’s vital to us, to be able to provide our clients with the freshest, most delicious tea and the best service possible.

Q7. What drink do you start your day with and why?

Personally I still love my sencha at any time of day but particularly first thing in the morning. Kylie however was once a coffee drinker, but now loves our lapsang souchong for her kick start to the day

Q8. Do you order a different drink whilst travelling?

Its always nice to try different tea wherever we go. We taste, we compare, we learn, we’re enjoying this wonderful journey.
